1. Orders

Orders placed via WhatsApp, Swiggy, or Zomato are subject to that channel's own ordering, payment, and cancellation terms in addition to these. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or delivery isn't feasible to your location.

2. Pricing

Prices shown across our channels are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. The price confirmed at the time your order is accepted is the one that applies.

3. Café Programme & Partnerships

Details on this site about the Café Programme, distributor margins, franchise terms, HORECA supply, and white-label manufacturing are indicative and commercial in nature — not a binding offer. Actual terms are set out in a signed agreement between Scoopful and the partner.

4. Food safety & allergens

Our products are prepared in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, and other common allergens. If you have a food allergy, please check with us directly before ordering.

5. Intellectual property

The Scoopful name, logo, flavour names, and site content belong to Scoops N Swirls Ice Cream LLP and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

We aim for every order to be a good one. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
